In the Human Resource Management for Non HR Managers Workshop, each manager will learn to develop their awareness of the human resource management functions so that they can take roles and partnership with HR Department in developing human resource management policies and processes in alignment with business goals while in compliance with the applicable rules and regulations.
At the end of the program, each manager is expected to be able to gain the followings:
- Understand the overall human resource management activities as a roadmap which describes the whole human resource management process starting from its HR planning up until termination process
- Work closely with HR Department in developing HR management initiatives to grow motivation among employees which in the long run help the Company to reach its goals
- Become fully aware that each manager plays an important role in optimizing and developing the capacity of their people in the Company so that they demonstrate their superior performance
- Take appropriate part in the process of HR management initiatives, such as recruitment and hiring, development, retention (talent management), and performance review
- Prepare an action plan in which they will commit to be more actively involved in managing human resources, particularly for their departments, sections, or divisions, as human resources are the most valuable asset for the success of the business.
